Return Terms
We accept returns in the following circumstances:
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt (unless otherwise stated).
Items must be unused, undamaged, and retain their original packaging and tags.
If the item has quality issues or shipping damage, please provide photos as proof.
Return Invalid Circumstances
Returns are not accepted in the following circumstances:
Items that have been used or damaged, but not due to quality issues.
Special offer items, customized items, and personalized items (unless due to quality issues).
Return Process
Return Request: Please contact our customer service team via email at info@ancienttao.com and provide your order number and reason for return.
Return Confirmation: We will respond and confirm your return request within 1-2 business days.
Return Address: Upon confirmation, we will provide a return address and detailed return instructions.
Return Items: Please return your item within 15 days of receiving return confirmation and provide the tracking number.
Return Shipping
If the return or exchange is due to product quality issues or we shipped the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping.
If the return or exchange is for personal reasons (such as a change of mind) and the order has not been cancelled, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and issue the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact our customer service team at info@ancienttao.com.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation requests as follows:
Cancellation Time: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of payment.
How to Cancel: Please contact customer service via email or phone at info@ancienttao.com to submit a cancellation request and provide your order number. Shipped orders: If the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can return the goods according to the return process after receiving them.
