Delivery Estimates: US orders usually arrive in 10–15 business days; international orders may take 10–20 business days.
Tracking numbers are provided once shipped. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.
Additional fees for reshipment or failed delivery (due to incorrect address or refusal) are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
For defective or damaged items, please provide photo proof within a reasonable timeframe.
For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Bank processing times may vary.
Sale, custom, or personalized items are final and non-returnable unless defective.
